Generally, motherboards based on the same chipset demonstrate fairly the same
performance even if different manufacturers make them. It must be noted as well,
that BIOS version also influences performance. That is why, as soon as a new
BIOS version for tested motherboard is released, results of benchmark simply
become obsolete.
There is one more moment that influences performance. This is a motherboard
revision. It is common knowledge, that motherboard manufacturers improve their
products every now and then, issuing motherboards with new PCB editions.
And there is one more moment. Sometimes, manufactures slightly increase system
bus frequency in order to obtain higher benchmark results (e.g. 133.48MHz
instead of 133.0MHz). Even a couple of additional hundreds Hz is enough to have
extra points in certain tests.
